Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn and unwashed.
- Please note: All of our Sunglasses are non refundable, non returnable due to Hygiene reasons
- All of our makeup are non refundable, non returnable due to Hygiene reasons
- Grooming products, hats, pierced jewellery, hats or swimwear (if the hygiene seal has been removed) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

Shoes must be tried on indoors. If returned needs to be sent back in the original shoe box

Items must have all JYY LONDON tags attached and shoes to be sent back in Shoe boxes.
- Items must have the JYY London Returns Ribbon still on the garment. If this is taken off or tampered with you will not be able to receive a return for the item

You must obtain proof of postage just in case your order is lost on its way back to JYY LONDON. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.

We reserve the right not to refund you if you return items to us outside the terms of our returns Policy

Fill out your reason(s) for return on your returns note. (PLEASE EMAIL US FOR THE RETURNS NOTE)

Enclose your returns note with the item and include your order number on the returns note, selecting the reason for return, and package up securely; please use original packaging if possible.

Cut off the Royal Mail returns address from your returns note and attach it to the front of your parcel ensuring any original delivery labels are covered.

Take your parcel to any Post Office counter service.

Obtain a certificate of postage from the Post Office.

The delivery cost you paid when you placed the order will be deducted from the refund to cover the delivery cost to you.

Fill out your reason(s) for return on your returns note.
